Sharad Purnima wishes to all : 9th of October, Sunday is observed as Sharad Purnima. It is celebrated on the full moon day of the Shukla Paksha of the Hindu month Ashwin. Sharad poornnima is the only day in the whole year in which all the 16 phases of Moon will be revealed and the rays coming out from the Moon are considered equivalent to Amrith and has special qualities of healing.The day is dedicated to Matha Lakshmi Devi as legend proves that during the churning of the ocean, Matha Lakshmi appeared to us on the day of Sharad Purnima.
